Random thoughts on a fall Saturday football morning:

1. You know I am the biggest Elin Hilderbrand fan on the planet. Remember our trip to Nantucket?

One of her books that I’ve read and always recommend (it’s a mystery) is called The Perfect Couple. Did you see it’s just been released on Netflix?

I haven’t watched it yet, but I’ve heard great things.

Here’s the trailer.

2. What are your thoughts on Pumpkin spice latte? Are you in or out?

Ready for an unpopular opinion?

I’m out. Yikes.

I just like plain coffee so much better.

3. Did you know if you want to tie a bow properly on a wreath?

You just tie it backward.

4. How often do you wash your hair? I’ve gone to once a week and it makes SUCH A DIFFERENCE. My hair is healthier and better than it’s ever been.

5. It was an amazing week on the blog. We discussed:

And now?

Let’s see all the fun finds I’ve discovered for us this week.

It was a good one.

LET’S GO.

A scenic view of trees with vibrant red leaves in an outdoor setting. The branches arch gracefully, creating a canopy, while the lush green landscape and distant horizon are visible through the foliage. The sunlight filters through, enhancing the colors.

Autumn is here.

Let’s slow down and enjoy the season.

Here are 12 slow living ideas for autumn.

A close-up of a baked pastry topped with caramel sauce and small pecans, placed on a white plate. Additional pecans are scattered around the plate, set against a rustic, dark background. The pastry appears golden-brown and flaky.

I thought this was an amazing way to celebrate fall.

These are pastry-covered apples.

A cozy room featuring a wooden floor, a rug, a desk with a brush and basket, and a bucket filled with rolled papers. A gray French door with glass panes is partially open, revealing a hallway with white walls. Framed artwork hangs on the wall next to the window.

This is the best tip for painting a french door.

No more taping.

Handcrafted clay ornaments decorated with pressed flowers are laid out on a brown surface. There are dried flowers, a spool of brown cord, and a pair of scissors around the ornaments. The scene suggests an ongoing crafting project.

This is such a clever way to preserve summer flowers.

It’s the perfect craft for fall.
