An open front door adorned with vibrant fall wreaths and garlands, with a golden retriever peeking out from inside the house.

Random thoughts on a sunny fall football morning:

1. I just went over to Zach and Courtney’s new house to help decorate. It’s the cutest first home EVER.

We solved all the decorating challenges and came up with a few projects.

Just a few.

2. In amazing news, those Fall Apple Pumpkin candles that we love? They come in a wood wick version that’s on sale right now at Walmart for only $5. If you are looking for a gift? It’s time to stock up.

You can see the candle here.

3. Have you tried Mahjong yet? I played it three times this week. It is SO MUCH fun.

And I just discovered shuffler which makes it so much easier.

4. It was a great week on the blog. Here’s what we chatted about:

5. I have a new puzzle game for us. It’s called “Woodoku” and it’s all about puzzle pieces. You try and twist them to fit into the blocks on the game.

You can search for it on the app store on your phone.

6. Whitney went to the Silbration last night to hear Ben Rector in concert.

He’s amazing. This is my favorite song of his.

And now?

Here are some of my favorite ideas and inspirations I found for us this week.

A cozy living room features a wooden table with a bucket of pink hydrangeas, surrounded by lit candles and books. An ornate gold mirror leans against a white wall, reflecting soft natural light from a nearby glass door.

Next week it’s supposed to get colder here.

Sweater weather.

Here are 7 ways to create a cozy autumn.

A cozy fall-themed table setting with copper pots holding vibrant red, orange, and yellow flowers. A decorative pumpkin painted with floral designs sits beside a lit candle in a textured holder, on a rust-colored tablecloth.

This is the prettiest fall table decor.

And the pumpkin is hand-painted.
