This was supposed to be the morning I wowed you with my amazingness.
Seriously.
I had the cutest fall craft in my brain that I wanted to create. I wanted to take this clay and create molding and add it onto a pumpkin and then I was going to paint and glaze it.
Can you see it?

Oh, good. Me, too.
I got home from speaking at a conference in Waco yesterday full of excitement and planning all ready to craft.
And I sat down and closed my eyes and I just rested instead.
And didn’t craft anything at all.
It’s just finally cold here today and it’s so cozy now and it just felt so wonderful to rest and there are tons of crafting days ahead.
(total aside: isn’t it wonderful sometimes just to press pause on all the busy)?
I’ll start working on that pumpkin soon, but in the meantime? I have some OTHER fun crafts to show you.
