Looking for an easy solution for adding cozy to your home for the holidays? Here are the BEST dusk to dawn candles.

Isn’t 2024 just the most amazing year?

New ways to decorate keep showing up.

New things I never even knew about or thought about or even dreamed about keep showing up.

New amazing ideas keep showing up.

And I am here FOR ALL OF IT.

Yesterday I stood out in my front yard staring at this porch for over 2 hours. It was actually amazing. The neighbors walked by and chatted. I met some new people. I met some new dogs. I ate the yummiest dinner on the front sidewalk.

And all the while I was filming.

Yep.

I was filmining time-lapse photography for two hours because I was waiting for day to turn into night so I could show everyone this new thing I discovered.

The neighbors waited with me.

And then?

Just as dusk turned into dawn?

This happened.

A two-story house is decorated for Halloween with pumpkins, gourds, and lanterns lining the front steps and porch. The door features an autumn wreath, and the house number "Seven Hundred One" is displayed above the entrance. It's evening, with lights illuminating the house.

Can you see it?

Right there in the windows?

See those candles?

There’s a candle in the middle of every window that looks like they stepped out of the pages of a holiday novel.

You can see the entire time-lapse of the dusk turning to dawn on my Instagram. They are so much cuter than in these pictures because they flicker just like real candles and they make the windows glow.

And here’s the amazing thing about these candles. They JUST COME ON BY THEMSELVES.

I know, right?

I cannot without much I LOVE THEM.

They come on at night and then turn themselves off in the morning. They are just like those dusk-to-dawn lightbulbs that we all love so much except they are candles and they are so perfect for fall and Christmas. They bring all the cozy without ever having to lift a finger.

Here’s what they look like in the package.

The candles come in a set of six.

See that little hole on each candle? You want to make sure that’s turned toward the light in the window. That’s how the light communicates with them to turn on and off.

You can see the candle set here.

The candles operate off AA batteries.

Each candle is 7 inches long and uses 2 AA batteries.

The candles are supposed to last more than 30 days—turning on and off each night.

I’ll report back and let you know how long mine last.

A clear suction cup with a white plastic hook attached to its center lies on a smooth, light gray surface. The suction cup is designed to adhere to flat, non-porous surfaces, allowing the hook to hold lightweight items.

The set also comes with these suction cups that attach on to the window.

Make sure your windows are clean (mine were not) and use a little bit of water to make sure the suction cups adhere to the window.

I put them on the second row of my windows (almost as if they were resting on the middle window sill) so you could see them better.

A white plastic pen with a ridged grip and a clear suction cup attached near its top is placed on a light grey surface. The pen cap is removed and sits balanced on the pen. The scene is well-lit, showcasing the details of the pen.

Here’s what the candles look like with the suction cup and the attachment.

You can also adjust the wick at the top if you need to straighten it.

That’s it.

You just add them to the windows and the candles do all the work.

A two-story house, marked "Seven Hundred One," is decorated for Halloween. The front steps are lined with various pumpkins and metallic cages containing pumpkins. Bushes line the pathway leading to the steps. The house features large windows and a balcony.

Here’s what the windows looked like just before it got dark.

And here’s what the windows look like with the candles after the sun goes down.

Picture them twinkling and you’ll see the cozy.

I love them for fall with the pumpkins—but just WAIT until there are twinkling Christmas lights around the house, too.

Sigh.

See what I mean?

2024 is the BEST YEAR EVER.

(Especially for the holidays and we are just getting started).

PS I would be remiss if I didn’t link the dusk-to-dawn lightbulbs that are amazing for the front porch and come on at dawn and go off at dusk.

You can see them here.
