I seriously am jumping up and down right now because just heard the most exciting news.

Truly.

It’s something I’ve been hoping for and longing for and wishing for with all my might.

I couldn’t wait one more minute to share so we could celebrate together.

Are you ready?

Are you sitting down?

Let’s all take a moment because I have it on super good authority that….

….DENIM ON DENIM is BACK.

Remember when we all wore our denim pants with our denim shirts?

And concho belts?

Time to get them out again because blue jean is where it’s at.

For jeans and spring and green grass and fresh flowers everywhere….

…let’s celebrate with a few easy spring DIY projects.

Six wooden pieces arranged in two rows on a rustic wooden surface. The pieces vary in shape, with some resembling house shapes, displaying a natural wood texture and light coloration.

1. Reclaimed Wood Art Piece

I made this art piece a long time ago in a land far away.

I was so inspired by this leftover wood and made this reclaimed wood mantel project.

You can see the DIY here.

A white wooden table under a window, decorated with blue and white porcelain jars, a stack of books, and a decorative pink flower. A lamp and leafy branches add to the arrangement, with a blurred outdoor view in the background. Close-up of a pink paper flower with layered petals, featuring scalloped edges and small holes. Some twine is visible among the petals. The background shows part of a green leaf and a blurred blue and white patterned object.

2. This Paper Tag Flower

I made this flower earlier this year and got tons of questions about it.

It’s such a fun project (and now I’m in the middle of making paper lemons so stay tuned for that, too).

You can see the DIY for this flower here.

3. This DIY Mason Jar Hanging Vase

This is such an easy project. And it would look so cute for a party. These hanging mason jars are the perfect spring project.

You can see the DIY for this hanging vase here.

4. This DIY Bird Plate Wall

If you are looking for a clever spring plate wall idea?

I hope this wall inspires you. I used birds, but you could recreated this with vinyl flowers or branches or anything that matches your decor.

5. Embroidery hoop arrangement

Embroidery hoops aren’t just for needlework anymore.

Here, I used the hoop to wrap greenery around to give this floral arrangement height.

Here’s how to create this arrangement using a few simple tips and a shopping trip through your sewing closet.

6. Make coffee filter roses

I added this last one in case it was snowing where you are and you couldn’t get out to get flowers.

No worries friend. I got you.

You can make these flowers with coffee filters from your pantry.

See all the DIY instructions here.

7. This DIY Moss Table Runner

Have you ever seen moss ribbon before?

You can get it at most craft stores and then you just weave it into a runner.

It’s a super simple DIY.

Project instructions found here.

8. Make a wood twig vase

All you need for this project is a glass vase and some twigs from the yard.

It’s so easy to make and all you have to do is shop the yard.

See the DIY instructions here.

9. This Herringbone Paint Stick Table Top

If you have a table that has damage on the top, this is the perfect project.

This tabletop is made completely of paint stir sticks.

Doesn’t it look fancy?

This DIY found here.

I know I’ve been busy with all this spring decorating projects, but hold on denim.

I’m coming for you.

Happy spring.

PS Remember when I created this arrangement from real and these faux hydrangeas and I had you guess which were the real and the faux hydrangea? They LOOK so real in real life (the second one is the faux hydrangea). You all sold them out and they were out of stock FOREVER and now they are back in stock. You can see the faux hydrangea here.
