When couple Paul West and Michelle Bower began renovating their 1717 East London townhouse, they took on a full transformation of a basement kitchen. The kitchen they started with \u201cwasn\u2019t in good working order,\u201d Paul describes, so they enlisted UK kitchen design company deVol to see out their vision. Here we\u2019ve profiled the key elements, from paint colors down to cabinet hardware and pottery, that make up the moody, earth-toned look.<\/p>\n
